I have narrowed my new car search down to three vehicles. I went into this not knowing what I wanted and the three of them definitely reflect that. They aren’t in the same class or anything like that. The first one is a truck more specifically a Ford F-150. I have always wanted to drive a truck and this might be the time I do it. Out of the three I enjoyed driving this one the most. There are however some downsides to it. The major negative is the poor gas mileage that it gets. It is also the most expensive of the bunch so I am going to have to really convince myself if I am going to get it. The next one I’m looking at is a newer Nissan Maxima. I’ve owned one before and always thought I would get another one and I do like this one a lot. The thing with this one is I’m not all out excited to drive it. It is rather boring but will get me from Point A to Point B and that is all that matters right? Last but not least is a Dodge Challenger. This is my “midlife crisis’’ car I think. I like it a lot but I don’t know if I can convince my wife Mary
to let me get it. She rolled her eyes and simply said no when I told her about it. Ultimately though it is my decision so if I want to get it I will.
I’m going to sleep on the decision for a couple of days then decide. I also still need to get auto insurance quotes
on all of them which will also help in my decision. I basically need to either play it safe and get the Maxima or roll the dice with one of the other two. I know I’m not getting any younger so that makes me really want to get the Dodge but driving it in bad weather wouldn’t be good and we get enough of that around here. The truck would be nice besides the price tag and how much I’m going to spend on gas each week. I think I’ll also ask a couple of my friends what they would do if they were in my shoes. Oliver
will probably have some good advice for me. I’m looking to get all the advice that I can get because this is going to be a tough decision for me.
